In regard to our crystals, we would like all of our customers to send them back to us if your R/C plane, boat, car or truck experiences a crash. Because a crystal is a delicate electronic component, it should not be re-used after a severe impact. We replace these crystals at no charge without question and only ask for a small fee for shipping, packaging and handling.

For replacement of the crystal set, the user needs to do the following:

Send the suspect crystal single or set to Performance Devices Inc., PO Box 1043 Soulsbyville, CA. 95372, Attention QA Department along with $3.00 for return postage ($6.00 for customers outside of the United States). A replacement single or set will be returned immediately!
